Pears are such an understated fruit in baking- but they have the most delicious taste and aroma once baked! Now while this coffee cake does not look pinterest perfect, I assure you it’s absolutely delicious! And remember, when you bake from scratch there’s much less sugar than in bought or pre prepared goods, and you truly control what you really eat and what you feed your family with! Plus, it’s actually much cheaper per serving than buying ready made.
