Tiramisu no churn ice cream

These are hands down, the best home made ice cream ever! Creamy and smooth, made with real mascarpone cheese and sprinkled with chock eye chips!

I guess it’s official now, I’m totally and completely addicted to making home-made ice cream, and these tiramisu no-churn ice cream are nothing short from perfection! And after making ice cream all summer long, I think that I should seriously consider openig an ice-cream boutique one day!

Especially since summer is slowly reaching towards the end, I thing it’s even more important than ever to make home-made ice cream and enjoy these last summer weeks! Because, you know, the winter is coming..

So if you like the creaminess of tiramisu, but aren’t a big fun of coffee flavor in your deserts, you’ll love this recipe. I used mascarpone and cocoa powder to bring a bit of the teramisu flavors, but I skipped coffee since my kids really wouldn’t appreciate it. However, if you do like it, just add a shooter of cold espresso, or a spoon of instant coffee to the recipe.

All you’ll need:

1 cup of whipping cream
1 cup of mascarpone cheese
1 cup of condensed milk
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
chocolate chips

Whip the cream. Mix the whipped cream slowly with mascarpone cheese. Add condensed milk. mix it well together. Set half aside, and to the remaining half add cocoa powder, and mix it some more. Pour both mixtures in to a baking pan, sprinkle with chocolate chips, and freeze for at least 5 hours.

Peach & whipped mascarpone parfait

It’s the season for peaches! Nothing beats the taste of a ripe, dripping with juice peach. And if you add some whipped mascarpone cream..Yum! This is one extremely easy dessert, that will please even the most difficult guests :). I prepared a version for adults and one for kids. The peach parfait for adults was made with peaches that where marinated with white rum and maple sirup. But if you’re not in to rum you can stick to the kid version, it’s still delicious!

Around 4 big ripe peaches
1/4 cup maple sirup
1 shoot of white rum ( adult version )

1 cup mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar

Shredded almonds

Cut peaches in to small cubes, add maple sirup and white rum ( if you’re preparing the adult version ). Set aside. Whip cream with sugar. Add mascarpone and mix it until it’s smooth and fluffy. You can add some more sugar, if you like it sweeter. Now place peaches in a tall glass, and top with whipped mascarpone and shredded almonds.

Almond raspberry mascarpone parfait

It’s one of these really easy, yet amazing desserts, that make your guests ask: how did you do it ?! Well, let me tell you how 🙂


1 cup mascarpone cheese
1cup cream
1/4cup sugar
1teaspoon of almond essence

Graham crackers
1cup of frozen raspberries
1/4 cup of sugar

In stead of making a regular whipped cream, all you need is to do, is to add mascarpone cheese and almond extract, and you’ll end up with this amazing creamy whipp. In microwave heat raspberries and sugar, it should end up as a sweet raspberry sauce. Now crumble the graham crackers , and prepare your glasses : a bit of crumbles, a big spoon of almond-mascarpone cream and raspberry sauce..repeat..and voila !
