Summer beach days are what I live for and what gives me energy for the ordinary days. Kids playing happily in the sand and splashing by the shore, the calming sound of waves and the sand in my toes are all that I dream about during the long winter months!

Nevertheless, I used to dread shopping for swimming suits. Even before I had kids I never felt comfortable in the bikini, and then post-kids I was dreading showing off my body even more! And now, even though I feel confident as a mom, rocking this mom-bod of mine, I feel that most brands offer either overly sexy for my taste swimming suits, or if I finally do like the design ( and I don’t feel like I’m naked wearing a swimming suit)  they are as expensive as a winter coat!

And the same thing goes for kids swim wear: I find them usually way too expensive and a lot of times a bit inappropriate for little girls. Because frankly, I want my daughters to look like kids that they are, and not like flirty teens in their swim wear!

But this summer I found a place where I got this super cute one-piece for me, for a fabulous price of 20$ ,the cutest beach hat and the sweetest two pieces for my girls: for 10$ each! Giant Tiger had so many great choices, including bikinis, tankinis, and all the accessories, all in great prices! All of the summer beach essentials that I was looking for: the swimming suits for both me and my girls, the sun hat, the sun screen and the beach toys: all was there and all very affordable.

So you can imagine how much fun it was to enjoy the beach while feeling comfortable and without thinking about spending a small fortune on swim wear! Not to mention Lili’s content of finding a swimming suit with her favourite Peppa Pig character!

And Rose, well she have chosen her swimming suit in all-the-colours, because when I asked her what is her favourite colour or character, she said it’s the rainbow!

So next time when you’ll feel overwhelmed with summer beach shopping, be it kids swim wear, a pretty tankini , beach toys or beach accessories, I really suggest you to go and visit your local Giant Tiger! You’ll be surprised with all that you can find there!
