The grilling season is starting slowly in Montreal. People usually inaugurate it with steaks and burgers, but in our household everyone loves grilled halloumi. Did you ever tried it ? Once grilled it’s crunchy on the outside and soft inside, salty and really, really delicious ! And tossed with grilled bell peppers, mushrooms and lemon linguini it’s honestly one of the best pasta recipes ever ! And so fast and easy !

Halloumi cheese
Bell peppers
Mushrooms
Fresh basil

Lemon linguini
Olive oil

Cook your pasta, grill the cheese and peppers. Toss it all together with mushrooms , olive oil and fresh basil, and serve over pasta. Bonne app├ętit !
