Grilled peppers & halloumi cheese lemon linguini
The grilling season is starting slowly in Montreal. People usually inaugurate it with steaks and burgers, but in our household everyone loves grilled halloumi. Did you ever tried it ? Once grilled it’s crunchy on the outside and soft inside, salty and really, really delicious ! And tossed with grilled bell peppers, mushrooms and lemon linguini it’s honestly one of the best pasta recipes ever ! And so fast and easy !
Halloumi cheese
Bell peppers
Mushrooms
Fresh basil
Lemon linguini
Olive oil
Cook your pasta, grill the cheese and peppers. Toss it all together with mushrooms , olive oil and fresh basil, and serve over pasta. Bonne appétit !

Well no, one day maybe 🙂 I buy locally made. But if you don’t find it, try adding lemon zest to normal pasta:)
