Paper scraps Easter eggs

I love decorating Easter eggs, it’s a tradition that we have with my mom to always try something different. Some years we paint them, others we try using all natural ingredients like beets and onion to dye them, and sometimes we try glueing seeds or paper scraps. This year we opted for pastel paper coated eggs, so pretty and easy enough to include a child to help :).

First we ripped the paper in to little peaces:

And then we glued them on the eggs :

And we were developing fine motor skills at the same time !

And this is how they turned up :

And I think that they make for a lovely table decoration :):
