So for me and my family,  Valentines day means sweet treats and everything pink! So this year I have decided to make a special healthy-ish treat for my girls that could be served as a special Valentine’s breakfast, or as an anytime treat!

To be honest, this recipe has come to life manly because I’m pregnant and obsessed with fresh smoothie bowls and I’m craving fruit desserts all day every day now! And because my girls love anything with a bit of whipped cream on it!

So this parfait is a mix of a thick very berry smoothie, with crushed chocolate chip cookies, whipped cream and fresh raspberries. And of course, the special ingredient is love !triple berry parfait

What you’ll need

For the smoothie layer:

  • one banana
  • one cup of strawberry greek yogurt
  • one cup of frozen mixed berries

For the cookie and cream layer:

  • your favourite chocolate chip or oatmeal cookies
  • one cup of cream with a teaspoon of sugar
  • fresh raspberries

Make your smoothie and set aside. Whip the cream. Crush the cookies. Wash the raspberries.

Now layer it all in small glasses, and don’t forget to be generous with cookies and cream!
